These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk92 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any part of this service.
Welcome to pk92. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk92 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "pk92") governing your use of the website accessible at pk92.cam and any related services, applications or platforms operated by us.
By accessing pk92, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use pk92. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Important Notice for Pakistani Users: Gambling activity is regulated and in many cases restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pk92 does not operate with authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an account and use any Services on pk92. We take age verification seriously. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person below the minimum age requirement will be immediately closed and any funds held in that account may be forfeited, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not registering to circumvent a previously imposed suspension or self-exclusion.
Access to certain Services may be restricted based on your location. It is your responsibility to verify that using pk92 is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to users in jurisdictions where applicable laws prohibit such services. Accessing pk92 from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other method of circumvention is a breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on pk92. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under alternative identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
Note on Pakistani Users: If you are accessing pk92 from Pakistan, you acknowledge that gambling laws in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to you. The existence of this Platform does not imply that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. You bear sole responsibility for compliance with local law.
To open an Account you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund of any deposits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify pk92 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pk92 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
pk92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — registration, first withdrawal, or where we have reasonable cause to verify your identity. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and where required, a proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's official secure verification channel. You must never submit altered, obscured or falsified documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details current. If your email address, phone number or residential address changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. pk92 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact information.
You may use pk92 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that uses pk92 Services, is prohibited without express prior written consent from pk92.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using pk92:
Where pk92 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to void any bets or winnings derived from such conduct, restrict or close the Account, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Serious cases involving fraud or criminal activity may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
The deposit methods available on pk92 are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Payment references to methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear for contextual familiarity only. None of these providers endorse pk92 or have any affiliation with this Platform. Availability in the cashier must be verified at the time of deposit.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made from joint accounts or unverified sources may be returned or held pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit source where required by our compliance procedures. Processing timelines depend on the selected method and your individual verification status. pk92 does not guarantee specific processing speeds; bank and e-wallet provider timelines are outside our control once a withdrawal is approved on our end.
Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) transactions are supported, amounts will be displayed and processed in PKR. Exchange rate risk, where applicable, is borne by the User. Refer to the cashier for current supported currencies.
pk92 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each individual promotion's terms. You are strongly encouraged to read and understand these conditions before opting into any bonus.
pk92 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and any associated winnings where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine betting risk, or creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
pk92 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a User is mid-progress through a wagering requirement, any such cancellation will be handled in a fair and reasonable manner as determined by our support team.
All bets placed on pk92 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market type and game format. These rules are made available within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable rules for that market.
All odds displayed on pk92 are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in at the confirmed rate. pk92 reserves the right to remove, suspend or amend markets at any time without notice, including in-play.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction or data feed failure that results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, pk92 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. We will endeavour to identify and correct such errors as promptly as reasonably possible.
Casino and live dealer games are subject to the rules of each individual game as presented within the Platform. RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified where applicable. Live dealer games involve real equipment and human dealers operating in a studio environment. All outcomes in certified games are determined fairly and are not influenced by pk92 or any third party.
pk92 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gambling environment. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits and self-exclusion to help users manage their activity. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.
All content on the pk92 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game assets and the overall design and structure of the Platform — is the property of pk92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any content on pk92 without express written authorisation from us.
pk92 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical failures, maintenance periods or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
pk92 shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, whether or not we had been advised of the possibility of such loss. Your sole remedy in the event of any dispute arising from a bet or game result is to raise the matter through our official complaints process.
Where pk92 incorporates or references third-party services, payment providers or content providers, we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or terms of those third-party services. Your use of third-party payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any bank transfer service is governed by that provider's own terms and conditions.
pk92 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably determine that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required by law or regulatory obligation.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be made available for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Requests for self-exclusion or problem gambling-related account closure will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
An Account that has not been logged into for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any administrative fees applicable after a defined inactivity period, are set out in the Platform's operational policies and are subject to change with appropriate notice.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk92 is licensed and incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your own jurisdiction.
For Users accessing pk92 from Pakistan, we note again that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to your use of the Platform. We do not waive any rights we may have under applicable law, and we do not accept any liability for losses arising from a User's decision to access pk92 in a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited.
pk92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to discuss your account closure options.
